How to cancel or change your cab booking with Abhinav Cabs Nawada.

1. How to cancel
To cancel or reschedule, call or WhatsApp us at +91 9241874865 as early as possible. Please mention your name, pickup time, and route so we can process your request quickly.
2. Free cancellation
Local & short trips: Cancel at least 2 hours before pickup — no charge.
Outstation & airport trips: Cancel at least 6 hours before pickup — no charge.
3. Late cancellation
If you cancel after the free window above, we may charge a cancellation fee (typically 20–30% of the quoted fare) to cover driver allocation and lost time. The exact amount will be communicated when you cancel.
4. No-show
If the cab reaches your pickup point and you are unavailable without prior notice, the full one-way fare (or minimum booking charge) may apply.
5. Rescheduling
You may reschedule once free of charge if we have availability and you inform us within the free cancellation window. Repeated changes may incur a small fee.
6. Our cancellation
If we must cancel due to vehicle breakdown or emergency, we will offer a replacement cab or a full refund of any advance paid — whichever you prefer.
7. Refunds
Refunds for advance payments (if any) are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method or UPI, as agreed.
